8. Shipping Address Requirements

9. Shipping Restrictions

Special Regulations for Fragrance Shipping:

  • Fragrances are classified as flammable liquids and subject to federal transportation regulations
  • Can only be shipped via ground transportation
  • Expedited air shipping is NOT available
  • Must comply with DOT and IATA hazardous materials shipping standards

Age Restrictions:

  • Recipient must be 18 years or older
  • Adult signature may be required upon delivery

10. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages:

  • If your package has not arrived 5 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us
  • We will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier
  • Once loss is confirmed, we will reship or provide a full refund

Damaged Packages:

  • If you notice package damage upon delivery, please refuse delivery or note the damage when signing
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours
  • Please provide photos of damage (both packaging and product)
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Shipping Delays:
